This handbook is intended to provide standards and guidelines for Temporary Traffic Control zones (TTC zones). The WATCHBOOK provides quick reference traffic control guidelines for work activities for contractors, cities, counties, utilities and other agencies responsible for such work. This handbook conforms to the standards and guidance of the CA-MUTCD.
